Will your camera work in my car?
Both our Core, and our Pro 360 works in any car with a 12V cigarette lighter port — virtually every car made since the 1990s. The 11-foot Type-C cable runs across most vehicles. If for some reason it doesn't fit yours, return it within 30 days for a full refund.
Does it record while my car is parked?
No. The Core and Pro 360 records while the car is on. If you specifically need a camera for when the car is off, you'd want one with a parking monitor and hardwiring kit. We're working on adding that to our lineup.
How do I see the footage?
Two ways: 1) The free Viidure app over WiFi from the camera. 2) Pop the SD card and plug it into a computer.
What if I get into an accident — how do I save the footage?
Press the power button once during the recording you want saved. That clip gets locked from the loop and won't be overwritten. Pull it up on your phone via the app whenever you need it.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently US-only. Canada coming later this year.
